Dear Parents,

We are looking forward to having your children participate with us in the XAMK activities during the All Nations Conference.  This year we will be taking your kids on an imaginary trip to Breaker Rock Beach with a VBS program that teaches the children how to trust in God, our Rock in every situation.

The XAMK program is offered for children ages 6 months to 11 years. 12-17 year olds may participate as junior helpers when needed if they are responsible and helpful. Also, we will have some special activities for them (more info to come). All parents will need to fill out an information form with consent for participation and allergy information at check-in on Friday evening.  Please arrive between 5:30 - 5:45pm to give yourself enough time to fill out these forms.

We suggest that your child bring a pillow and blanket for the Sunday evening Movie Night. 

Parents of babies: Please bring any food, snacks, and diapers that your child will need and a stroller to place the baby in for activities.

Special Needs Children

We have special needs children in the classroom every year and will do our best to accommodate their needs and work with them so that the parents can participate in the All Nations conference. Please send me an email letting me know more about your child and the environment that works best for them and this will help me to know how to train the children’s ministry workers and prepare the classroom as much as we can.
